At 'Elektrik Wheels' we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we are here to help.
1. European Union Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, customers residing in EU member states have the unconditional right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods (“Cooling-Off Period”). We offer 30 calendar days Cooling-Off-Period, if conditions are met, send it back for a refund.
Pour exercer ce droit :
- Notify us in writing via email at contact@elektrikwheels.com before the Cooling-Off Period expires
- Return the item(s) in original, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories
- The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective or incorrect
2. Return Condition Requirements
- All items must be in pristine, unused condition, exactly as received
- The package is unopened, and the bike is unassembled.
- Items must include original packaging and all accessories

3. Standard Return Policy
To return any item, prior authorization is required.
Processus de retour :
- Contact us first via email at contact@elektrikwheels.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our approval. We’ll confirm if your item is eligible for return
- Ship the product only after receiving our return authorization
A noter :
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed or refunded
- We only accept returns of brand-new items that meet our return criteria - The package is unopened, and the bike is unassembled.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear or damage
- Products missing original packaging or accessories
- Products that do not meet new condition requirements
Note: If you have successfully paid for your order, you accept the following refund policy by default.
