Elektrik Wheels Warranty – 24 Months of Protection
At Elektrik Wheels, we stand behind the quality of our products. All of our electric bikes and scooters come with a 24-month warranty, in accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations.
We are committed to offering you not only high-performance e-mobility products, but also peace of mind through clear and fair warranty policies.
1. Warranty Coverage
Elektrik Wheels warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”).
This warranty specifically covers:
- (a) Battery performance below the manufacturer’s specified capacity thresholds
- (b) Malfunction or failure of LED display components
2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- (a) Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- (b) Water damage or exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity
- (c) Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or installation of non-OEM parts
- (d) Normal wear and tear of consumable components (e.g., tires, brake pads, chains)
3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is eligible for a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:
- Send us written notice within 14 days of discovering the issue at: contact@elektrikwheels.com
- Include the following in your message:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect or malfunction
- Wait for our instructions. We may ask you to return the product (with all original packaging and accessories) for inspection or replacement.
