European Union Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, customers in EU member states have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods ("Cooling-Off Period").

To exercise this right:

Notify us in writing via email at: contact@elektrikwheels.com before the Cooling-Off Period expires.

Return the item(s) in original, unused condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Order Modification & Cancellation Policy

Due to our efficient order processing system, please note the following guidelines regarding order changes:

1. Order Cancellation Requests

Can only be submitted if your order has not yet shipped. Must be requested via email at: contact@elektrikwheels.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.

2. Shipped Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the item after delivery, following our Return Policy.

3. Order Modifications

We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been submitted. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
