3. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
3.1 Order Processing and Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and recognized public holidays. Estimated delivery times provided during checkout represent business days from the date of shipment and are provided by third-party carriers as approximations only.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates or be held liable for delays caused by:
- Carrier performance
- Weather events
- Customs processing
- Other factors beyond our reasonable control

3.2 Transfer of Risk and Title
Ownership of goods and risk of loss or damage shall transfer to you upon our delivery of the products to the designated carrier. For orders requiring signature confirmation, responsibility transfers at the time of documented delivery to your specified address.
3.3 Damage Claims Procedure
Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.
To file a claim for damaged or missing items:
- (a) Notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery
- (b) Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage
- (c) Submit any required carrier damage reports within 2 days
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denial of your claim.
