2. Order Process and Purchase Agreement
2.1 Order Submission and Formation of Contract
All orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to purchase goods at the listed prices, inclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to:

- (b) Limit quantities per customer or household
- (c) Correct pricing errors
- (d) Cancel orders due to inventory issues or suspected fraud
2.2 Order Confirmation
A contract is formed only upon our confirmation email. For EU customers, displayed prices include VAT where applicable.

3. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
3.1 Order Processing and Fulfillment
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from shipment. We are not liable for carrier delays or external factors.
3.2 Transfer of Risk and Title
Risk transfers upon delivery to the carrier. For signature-required orders, risk transfers upon signed delivery.
3.3 Damage Claims Procedure
Inspect shipments upon receipt. To file a claim:
- (a) Notify us within 48 hours
- (b) Provide photo/video proof
- (c) Submit any required damage reports within 2 days
4. Return Policy and Refund Procedures
4.1 European Union Right of Withdrawal
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, EU customers may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods. To withdraw:

- (b) Return items unused and in original condition
- (c) Cover return shipping costs (unless the item is defective)
Return Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition. Used or installed items are non-refundable.
4.2 Standard Return Policy
All returns must be pre-authorized via email. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Refunds are issued within 14 business days of inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Product Warranty Terms
5.1 Warranty Coverage
Elektrik Wheels offers a 24-month warranty from purchase date covering:
- (a) Battery capacity below threshold
- (b) LED display malfunction
5.2 Warranty Exclusions
- (a) Damage from accident, misuse, or neglect
- (b) Water damage or environmental exposure
- (c) Unauthorized repairs or parts
- (d) Normal wear and tear
5.3 Warranty Claim Process

- (b) Include proof of purchase and photo/video documentation
- (c) Return product with original packaging if requested
6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
EU residents may submit complaints via the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Participation is voluntary and does not affect your right to legal action in local courts.

9. Elektrik Wheels Exchange Policy
We process exchanges via return + repurchase to ensure fast service.
- Place a New Order: Buy the correct item directly
- Return the Original: Follow our return policy
- Receive Refund: After inspection, we issue a refund for the original item (excl. shipping)
Note: Refunds go to the original payment method. Shipping for the new order is the customer’s responsibility.
